Birth Doula Support - $2,500 (effective with due dates 4/1/25 and beyond)

• Complimentary interview to establish compatibility (30 - 45 min.)

• One in-person prenatal consultation to get a better understanding of your wishes surrounding your birthing/labor time (around 1-2 hours)

• Comprehensive resources provided

• Support during early labor

• Support during birth (up to 15 hours)

• TENS unit - TENS (transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation) therapy stimulates the nerves, which in turn reduce the pain signals going to your brain)

• Unlimited phone, text, & email support (after contract is signed)

• 1-2 hour postpartum support in place of birth

• Backup doula provided in case of an emergency on my part

• Professional birth photography optional (not always permitted by medical team)

• Up to one month of virtual postpartum support (Google Meet, Zoom, text, or phone)

Planned Cesarean Births - $1,500

• Doulas are extremely beneficial to the birthing person during cesareans

• We provide every type of support one could imagine, this varies with each surgery and place of birth. We can be supporting the birthing person and partner, we can stay with the birthing person when baby goes to the warmer, we can support partners, we can explain what is going on, the list is exhaustive in all the ways we make the birth a more calm experience for all.

• Backup doula provided in case of an emergency on my part

• Meet you at place of birth 2 hours before surgery help you get settled and ready

• Professional birth photography offered

• Stay in the post anesthesia recovery unit (PACU) as long as permitted by medical staff

• Support feeding choices / lactation support / bottle feeding

• 1 month virtual postpartum support (Google Meet, Zoom, text, or phone)
